Webgadsden inmates will now be housed in the city of jacksonville after both sides agreed to a new contract this week. — authorities have captured a murder suspect who escaped from the gadsden county jail sunday evening. People arrested in the city limits will no longer be booked into the etowah county jail. Webgadsden mayor craig ford says it’s a price the city isn’t going to pay.
